Mega Kasy

So, Mega Pokemon are now apparently a thing. One would wonder why certain Pokemon would get a Mega Form instead of an evolution, like Mawile and Absol (my Absol evolution is waaaay cooler than Mega Absol btw), or why Blaziken is the only starter to get a Mega Form (as of right now anyway).

But hey, I get a reason to design Kasy's Mega Form. So that's something.
